Also it includes further development of management subsystems, including quality management and use of production system "Rosatom" at the enterprises of the holding "TITAN-2".
In the framework of the NPP "Hanhikivi 1" Construction Program M. Yu. Lokhman was appointed as Quality Assurance Director.
Biography:
From April, 2015 to May, 2017, Executive Director of JSC "CONCERN TITAN-2".
Has two higher educations: economic (SpbGUEiF) and civil engineering (MGSU).
M. Lokhman worked with a number of building industry enterprises constructing industrial, electrical power and utility facilities.
M. Lokhman has been in the nuclear industry since 2009.
