Housing construction in Sosnovy Bor is one of TITAN-2 Holding lines of business. As of today the company has commissioned and put into operation the following projects:
- 2002-2006: 17 apartment buildings on Parkovaya Street and Lipovsky Alley in the microdistrict 10b, and a low-rise residential complex “Ustye”.
- 2008г.: a three-unit house for 118 apartments with integrated non-residential premises in the microdistrict 10b
- 2009г.: a seven-unit house for 306 apartments with integrated non-residential premises in the first and basement floors on Leningradskaya Street, 70.
Currently a major social facility for 330 apartments is under construction in the microdistrict 15 with well-developed infrastructure and improved faсade finish.
