In addition to Fennovoima, RAOS Project and Titan-2, today’s joint drill will be participated by Terramare, Securitas, the Jokilaakso Rescue Department, the Finnish Environment Institute, and the North Ostrobothnia Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment.
The purpose of the drill is to enhance cooperation between the companies involved in the Hanhikivi 1 project and the associated authorities. Conducted by the Jokilaakso Rescue Department, the drill also aims to develop the participants’ skills in oil spill prevention on land as well as on sea.
The joint drill will be visible in the form of various operations carried out by different vessels and boats in the sea area off the Hanhikivi peninsula, as well as associated activities in the shore areas.
