In 2025, the builders are tasked with commissioning the thermal waste treatment plant complex — the first stage of the Western Siberia OTC project — into pilot operation.

The thermal treatment plant (TTP) is the key component of the entire complex. It is a large rotary kiln whose rotation ensures uniform waste treatment. The plant is equipped with a multi-stage purification system, allowing the resulting products to be reused in agriculture and industry. The equipment was manufactured by Bezopasnye Tekhnologii (Safe Technologies) JSC in Sosnovy Bor.

41 buildings and structures are being constructed on the site. Active works are in progress at most facilities, including Building 7.1 of the TTP, which will house the process equipment for servicing the plant. The installation of ventilation systems, pumps and filters will begin there in the nearest time.

7 contracting organizations are involved at the site, laying the utility networks, constructing the frames of the main and auxiliary buildings, closing the heating circuits, performing finishing works, and installing electrical networks.

Finishing work is nearing completion in the laboratory building. Currently, the specialists are installing interior doors, lighting, and heating units.

The construction of the technological overpass, along which the main communications will be laid to all buildings and structures of the complex, has been completed.

The primary objective for 2025 remains the commissioning of the thermal waste treatment plant for pilot operation. In parallel, construction of the remaining facilities, utilities, and landscaping will continue.
