The event was held in a solemn atmosphere, in the presence of the management of the Rosatom State Corporation, the TITAN-2 Holding company and the Leningrad NPP. Immediately after the ceremony, nuclear and construction industry employees, including the TITAN-2 Holding representatives, were awarded on the observation deck.

The awards were granted by Andrey Petrov, First Deputy General Director for Nuclear Energy and President of JSC ASE. The badges were also awarded to public figures and honorary residents of Sosnovy Bor and the Leningrad Region.
