The plant was fully installed at the end of 2022.
At the present moment pre-commissioning of the equipment is in progress, followed by its testing by the TITAN-2 specialists.
The batch plant is located in the industrial area not far from the Norilsk Support Complex (NOK) Cement plant, is connected to the external utilities, including power and water supply sources. Repair shops for the construction unit, batch plant service rooms, laboratory and open storage for the products will also be arranged on the area of 3.5 hectares.
It is planned that the plant will reach the design capacity in the beginning of the summer. The plant will produce up to 160 m3 of product every hour. The production of the concrete is foreseen both for the CONCERN TITAN DD own needs and for the companies operating in Norilsk, including the Nornikel’s Zapolyarny branch units. At the present moment, estimation of the concrete mix prime cost is in progress in order to release it to external customers.
