According to the design of the Design and Engineering Department of TITAN-2, TPL has already manufactured a fitting acting as the internal stiffening frame, where container compartment lining would be assembled and transported to the construction site.

The container compartment is 18 metres long and has a transportation and storage container installed inside, where the nuclear fuel is transported. Today, it is the longest lining component manufactured in one piece.

According to Open-Top construction technology, the lining will be assembled together with all embedded parts and internal and external stiffening frames outside the construction site and delivered to the third Power Unit of the Turkish NPP as pre-assembled. It allows to install lining as a unified assembly grade, which reduces the deadlines of construction and installation works.
