The project is implemented by the Rosatom State Corporation, and CONCERN TITAN-2 is the general contractor. The project goal is to create a technology of the closed fuel cycle. The complex will be comprised of power unit BREST-OD-300 (БРЕСТ-ОД-300) with a fast-neutron reactor, a module for uranium and plutonium nuclear fuel production and a module for irradiated fuel processing.

Reactor building foundation slab is comprised of nine units, its dimensions are 90х82 m, thickness is 2.5 m. The total concreting scope reached approximately 20 thousand square metres. Concreting was performed using auto pumps and carried out in stages.

4600 t of reinforcement was laid into the reactor building foundation of the energy complex. To date, erection of outline walls up to the ground elevation has been started.

The TITAN-2 holding is a Russian group of companies that builds nuclear facilities. Organisations of the holding perform the whole cycle of works, from development of the design documentation to facility commissioning.

The TITAN-2 holding is the general contractor for construction of the new power units of the Leningrad NPP. At the construction site, the organisations of the holding perform all civil construction, installation, and electric installation works.

The holding is the main contractor at the construction of the Hanhikivi 1 NPP in Finland and of the Akkuyu NPP in Turkey as part of the Russian-Turkish Joint Venture T2IC.
