The exhibition is aimed at illustrating the stages of construction of the Hanhikivi 1 NPP for which the Leningrad 2 NPP is the reference one.

The photos give a full impression of creation a nuclear power unit, from building the foundation to commissioning. Thus, guests can observe the key construction operations at all facilities of the plant. Among these are: installation of the dome of the reactor building, of the turbine generator, of the reactor plant equipment, and much more.

The exhibition opening was visited by representatives of Fennovoima (the owner and the future operator of the plant), RAOS Project (the general vendor of the plant, Rosatom State Corporation), members of the administration of the local community, and citizens of Pyhäjoki.

CONCERN TITAN 2 was represented by Konstantin Avvakumov, Hanhikivi 1 NPP Construction Program Director, and by Olga Minina, Head of the General Department of the Program.

Citizens of neighbouring communities are also welcome to visit the photo exhibition. In a month, the exhibition will move to Raahe, Finland, and in November it will be hosted in Kalajoki.
