CONCERN TITAN-2 is constructing a kindergarten for 240 children in Sosnovy Bor

The Titan-2 employees are currently reinforcing the ground floor walls from elevation -0.100 to elevation +3.300 and the entrance area walls. The builders still have to pour the last section of the semi-basement flooring and to start the ground floor walls concreting.

Besides, insulation is currently applied to the ground floor walls. Then, masonry works will be performed in the semi-basement, using foamed concrete blocks and brickwork. Thus, the finishing will be performed simultaneously with the construction works. The specialists are also laying sewerage and water supply pipelines.

The kindergarten base build is planned to be completed by the next spring. After that, the builders will start finishing of interior rooms and the facade, landscaping. The facility commissioning is scheduled for 2022.

The approaching cold season will not slow down the construction pace. “Everything is pre-arranged. Heating and enclosures are prepared, we will heat while doing the further work simultaneously,” said Aleksandr Kiselev, JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 JSC SMU-2 foreman of site No.3.
