The company received the certificates following three-stage external certification audit. It was conducted at a distance and in person, involving the representatives of JSC Bureau Veritas Certification Rus Turkish and Russian offices. The structural subdivisions of all the directorates were audited. The auditors paid special attention to quality, occupational health and environmental safety issues.

During preparation for the audit, Quality Assurance Department did an outstanding job: activity of all the company subdivisions was analyzed, all the necessary documents and regulations were developed and approved, training of the employees in accordance with the ISO standards requirements was organized.

“Receipt of these certificates is not a final stage of the work. We are expecting the annual certification audits to confirm compliance with the ISO standards. We will improve our processes and refine them. All of that will be assessed during the annual compliance inspection audits performed by the certification authority”, noted by Maxim Shadrin, Quality Director of TİTAN2 IC İÇTAŞ İNŞAAT ANONİM ŞİRKETİ.
