By this time, eight building support pillars have been mounted and the foundation frame has been arranged.

Metal structures delivery is almost completed. JSC MSU-90 plans to install them in October. Arrangement of outdoor water supply, sewage and heating systems is well under way.

With the capacity of 2 500 seats, the regional volleyball center will become a ground for regional and national competitions.

The colours of the Leningrad region flag have been selected for the façade, which will change its colour depending on the viewing angle. The surrounding area will be ameliorated and a parking lot will be constructed in the vicinity.

Today, ten students from Vityaz construction team (Moscow) are involved in the works on site, to support JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 employees. Their work shift will last till the end of August.
