The event took place in Moscow on 23 April. The main topic of discussion was digital technologies as a key factor in the development of the nuclear industry design and construction complex in the period from 2025 to 2030.

The conference was attended by over 200 specialists from leading organizations performing design, construction, and installation work at Rosatom State Corporation facilities, as well as representatives of organizations that are members of self-regulatory organizations in the nuclear industry.

The plenary session was devoted to issues of strategic development of digital technologies in the nuclear industry. The event included thematic breakout sessions to discuss current issues and solutions related to the implementation of digital technologies in engineering surveys, design, construction, vocational education, and conformity assessment.

In the Construction and Installation Works section, Sergey Smirnov, Operational Director of the JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, and Yury Nesterchuk, Chief Engineer of the JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, presented their reports. Maria Ivanova, Deputy Director for Pre-Production at TSM ENERJI, spoke about the installation of equipment and utility systems as well as commissioning work, using the Akkuyu NPP as an example.

In the Conformity Assessment section, Maksim Shadrin, Quality Director of the JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, reported on Proposals for Optimizing Conformity Assessment Processes in the Nuclear Industry. Yury Etingen, Quality Director at TPL LLC, presented a report on optimizing processes for assessing the conformity of pipeline products.

At the AtomStroyStandard-2025 conference, Maksim Shadrin, Quality Director of the JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, was conferred a decoration for his significant contribution to the development of standardization in the nuclear industry.
