AtomSkills is an industry-wide professional skills championship run by the Rosatom State Corporation using the WorldSkills methodology, which has been held since 2016. AtomSkills is a large-scale industry championship movement uniting all professional skills competitions held in the nuclear industry and their participants: nuclear industry specialists and veterans in blue-collar and engineering professions, students from relevant higher schools, and even schoolchildren.

Over 2,000 competitors and experts from 10 countries participated in the championship. The venue simultaneously hosted competitions in 42 competencies, as well as an extensive business program.

The championship included two competitive leagues: the professional league (competitions between employees of enterprises and organizations of the Rosatom State Corporation, enterprises and organizations of companies from the Russian Federation and friendly countries) and the student league (competitions between students of secondary vocational and higher education institutions – partners of enterprises and organizations of the State Corporation Rosatom, educational institutions of friendly countries).

More than 30 TITAN-2 employees competed in seven key categories. This year, they were joined by three teams from the student league and one team from the Akkuyu NPP construction team. They competed in the Concrete Construction Work category.

After six days of competition, TITAN-2 team took the first and second places in the Concrete Construction Work categories. The student league teams also occupied the entire podium in this category. The Turkish team won the respectable second place.

Participants in the Construction Control competency won a silver medal, while participants in the Geodesy competency won a bronze one.

TITAN-2 team also competed in the Environmental Protection, Estimating, and Quality Management competencies. Although we were not able to secure the top spots in these categories, our team demonstrated excellent results, teamwork, and the commitment to achieving the common goal.
