The construction contract was signed in early February 2023.
The complex territory is limited with the Akademik Aleksandrov Street in the north, with Parkovaya Street in the east. It is planned to extend the Krasnykh Fortov Street in the south and the Koblitskiy street in the west. The total area is 16.5 ha.
The new neighbourhood will include 1330 apartments. It is also provided for to construct a new kindergarten, sport grounds, parking and recreation zones, new shops. Besides, great attention will be paid during construction to preserve the green spaces.
Implementation of the new housing project will allow providing the future builders of the new power units of the Leningrad NPP with accommodation.
