The students work at two facilities of the company - in Sosnovy Bor (69 people) and the Kaliningrad region (57 people).

Five brigades work in Kaliningrad: “Kariatida” (Rostov Region), “Prospect-15” (Republic of Chuvashia), “PSK-Master” (Nizhny Novgorod Region), “Tesla” (Republic of Tatarstan), “ShSO PGUAS” (Penza Region).

Most of the students were trained to be concrete workers and rebar fitters. Also, the session brigades include ten masons and seven carpenters. The students perform specialized types of work under the supervision of their team leaders.

As part of the employment at JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, the student construction brigades were briefed on occupational health and safety, electrical safety, working at heights, fire safety basics, they received special clothing and personal protective equipment. The company arranged three meals a day for the students. They live in a comfortable hostel and are transported to the facility by a company shuttle bus.

The winter practice shift of the student construction brigades will last until the end of February. The main task for this period is to fulfill all operational tasks set by the employer, strictly observing the labor safety rules.
