The contract was concluded based on the results of the tendering attended by international companies, leaders of the market of complex I&C solutions supply to the nuclear facilities.

I&C technical supervision and integration under the “Hanhikivi-1” NPP project will be ensured by Rusatom Automated Control Systems (JSC RASU), subsidiary of Rosatom State Corporation offering integration of the automated systems for the technological processes control.

The contract was signed in Moscow during the Russian Energy week in presence of the First Deputy Director General — Director for Development and International Business Division of Rosatom State corporation, Kirill Komarov, as well as Siemens AG CEO for Power and Gas Division, Willi Meixner, and Framatome CEO, Bernard Fontana.

Framatome technical means are applied at LNPP-2, reference plant for “Hanhikivi-1” NPP project.

The priority task under the signed contract is to ensure development of documentation required for the project licensing.
