The campaign is aimed at introducing the youth to the most popular specialities at enterprises of each region.

Young people from the Sosnovy Bor Creativity Development Centre visited the production sites of the Holding. First, they paid a visit to the Training Centre where personnel for construction of nuclear facilities are trained. Installation workers, steel fixers, welders, electrical installers and other specialists are trained there. The training base is equipped with all necessary devices for practising professional skills, including those required for working at height.

The students were then shown one of the production workshops where pipelines for power units of the Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant under construction are manufactured. The young people saw the entire production process from cutting pipe blanks to welding and quality control of welds in the shop.

Cooperation between the TITAN-2 Holding and the Creativity Development Centre in the sphere of career guidance will not be limited to the “Week without turnstiles” campaign. The company is interested in recruitment of young professionals and plans to regularly introduce children to the popular specialities.
