The operation is performed by employees of JSC MSU-90 Workshop No. 2. Nine installers and three welders work at the facility.

The tank farm consists of 12 tanks in total. To the present day, eight tanks have been installed: two 400 m3 tanks made of steel 20, two 400 m3 tanks made of stainless steel, two 300 m3 tanks and two 100 m3 tanks. Each tank is completed by about 60%. It is planned to mount two more tanks with a volume of 250 m3 in the nearest future.

Today, the experts continue to install the tanks, put together the vertical joint of the tank side wall and assemble the bottom with the side wall. The roofing is assembled from two parts and then mounted on the tank. At the same time, branch pipes and hatch-manholes are being cut, and reinforcing ribs, external and internal ladders, heat insulation metal structures are being installed.

All welds are subject to radiographic inspection. After welding is completed, the tanks undergo hydraulic testing during which the vessel is kept under water for 24 hours. Then the surface is coated with the corrosion protection.
