On 18 October 2017, a decision was made during the court session on the case A56-50311 / 2016 to recover 526 858 448 rubles from OJSC Metrostroy. In addition to the claim amount the defendant must also compensate the costs of the plaintiff, JSC CONCERN TITAN-2, in the amount of 192 405 rubles of state duty.

The reason for dispute was the fact that OJSC Metrostroy exceeded the estimate limits for business trips allowances and relocation costs of workers for the construction of replacement units of the Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant in 2012-2014. The Arbitration Court admitted the claims of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 as lawful and reasonable, and the receipt by the respondent of this amount was unjust enrichment.

At the request of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 two more claims were arranged as a separate trial procedure. This is a lawsuit by OJSC Metrostroy on travel expenses amounting to 503 664 466 rubles and the lawsuit of JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 on overpayments for business trips allowances and relocation costs of workers for the amount of 20 794 983 rubles for 2015-2016.

Before the court decision is posted in full on the Arbitration Court website, JSC CONCERN TITAN-2 confirms the abovementioned information with the audio record available from the court session as of October 18, 2017.
