The meeting took place on the construction site of the Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant. Employees of the holding met with Sergei Obozov, PSR development director of the Rosatom State Corporation.
The Rosatom production system is designed to improve the quality and efficiency of work, to optimize production processes. Its implementation at some industry facilities has already made it possible to achieve significant savings, reduce stock in warehouses and repair times at Russian nuclear power plants.
Today, PSR extends among other things to the construction process of new NPP units. At the construction site of the Leningrad nuclear power plant, its principles are used by subsidiaries of the TITAN-2 holding. This year it allowed to optimize a number of production processes. For example, the replacement of the elements of the gas-insulated current conductor, which was performed by JSC SEM, took only 23 days instead of 104 days. JSC MSU-90 has achieved time savings of 28% during installation of pipeline units.

The works are being performed in the buildings of the reactor, turbine, electricity, water, heating system and other structures of power units.
