JSC «SEM» wiremen conduct large-scale operations inside the reactor building of the first power unit of the LNPP under construction. The main task is to provide the voltage supply to the reactor circulating pumps and the commissioning of supporting systems of the reactor.
Until the end of the current year it is planned to finish installation to put into operation the entire system of the movement of nuclear fuel. It includes polar and gantry cranes, refueling machine, transport trolley. Using this equipment simulators of nuclear fuel will be put in the reactor.
Simulators have already been delivered to the site. As for the nuclear fuel, it is planned to be delivered to the facility in the spring of 2017.
